Dr. Laila Tomsovic

I am a naturopathic doctor, raised and educated in New England.   I feel honored to support people of all ages and cultural backgrounds as they return to wellness.  I have a profound faith in the ability of the body and spirit to heal.  It is my job, as we naturopathic doctors say, “to remove the obstacles to cure.”

I am currently accepting new patients at the Pleasant Street Healing Collective in downtown Northampton, MA and in Brattleboro, VT at 1037 Western Avenue.

I earned my doctoral degree in 2011 from Bastyr University in Seattle, rated one of the best medical schools in the country by the Princeton Review.  The Bastyr program–four to five years of academic and clinical training–combines rigorous medical sciences with in-depth study of traditional and evidence-based treatments.  In my clinical rotations at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health and affiliated community clinics, I saw hundreds of patients with various conditions. I chose a number of specialty shifts, however, focusing on the care of women and children.  I also have clinical expertise in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation: gentle, powerful forms of physical medicine for pain and other conditions.

I am a member of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors, the Vermont Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
